Ultrasonic air atomizing nozzles, compressed air and simple water are used to produce a dry FOG (1-10 micron droplets) that agglomerates airborne dust particles (PM10 and PM2.5). The agglomeration of mist and dust increases the weight of airborne particles, causing them to fall back into the process.

With this system we only wet the powder, not the material, resulting in very low water consumption and little or no wetting of your product (less than 0.05% by weight).

Installation points: on transfer conveyors, loading and unloading of trucks, ships and trains, stacker and feeder belts, tripper conveyors, hoppers and silos.
